Shin Splint Treatment & Prevention
Recommended – an orthotic for individuals suffering from shin splints, shin pain and lower leg discomfort. Over-pronation and inadequate shock absorption can cause stress and inflammation on the lower structures of the leg, leading to shin splints, shin pain and stress fractures. Designed for sneakers and (full depth) lace shoes.
Shell Specifications – utilizes a 3.0-mm polymer shell (posted in a neutral position) that never loses shape or memory.
Posting – a combined extrinsic rear foot post made of (35-45) durameter crepe which is continued under the arch to provide uniform support, control and stability.
Top Cover – provided with a cellular cushioning system and a felt top surface. The cellular cushioning system has a breathable surface that allows moisture and air to pass through, providing a cool, dry surface. The cushioning material is treated with biocide additive that retards the growth of bacteria and fungus, therefore reducing foot odor. The felt top surface is in-line bonded to the cellular sponge, and cannot delaminate.
Therapeutic Benefits – the semi-rigid shell, extrinsic rear foot post and continuous arch filler work together to stabilize the motion of the foot during each stride and provide uniform arch support and control. This helps keep the feet in a neutral position, reducing abnormal foot motion that can cause stress and tension on the lower leg structures and thought to be a major culprit of shin splints, shin pain, stress fractures. The cellular cushioning system top cover provides added shock absorption, comfort and protection.
Length – full length
Size – men’s full sizes 7-13; women’s full sizes 6-11

Searched everywhere for insoles to help my daughter with shin splints. She run track and was crying at the end of each practice. After a lot of searching on the web found this website and ordered the sprinter for her. The relief was immediately. Would recommend to anyone with shin splints.
